A: The 2026 SCAA Annual Meeting will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA, on March 24-25, 2026.
Q: Are there any networking events?
A: SCAA has built in valuable networking time during session breaks and will host a social event on Tuesday evening.
Q: How do I attend?
A: After you register, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. Please be sure to register by Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Once you arrive on site you can go to the SCAA registration desk to pick up your badge and other Meeting materials.
Q: How do I become a SCAA member to take advantage of the discounted member rate?
A: If you wish to become a member of SCAA, click here to complete the online membership application prior to registering.
Q: What should I wear?
A: During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. The temperature fluctuates in meeting rooms, so please bring a jacket.
Q: Will there be Wi-Fi?
A: Complimentary basic wireless internet will be available in both the guest rooms (for Marriott Bonvoy members) and the meeting space.
Q: Does the hotel offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA)?
A: Yes, the shuttle departs the hotel every 30 minutes from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., seven days a week. No reservations are needed. Full flyer information, here.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to SCAA Headquarters at [email protected]. Requests made on or before February 17, 2026, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for requests made after February 17, 2026.
